1. Intellectual property and proprietary rights
All content, assets, methodologies, software code, prompt structures, course media, graphics, and trademarks published across 321propertygroup.com, 321propgroup.com, AiPoweredOwner.com, and associated platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of 321 Properties Group LLC, DBA The AI-Powered Owner.
- Protected IP assets:
- The OWNER Framework (Offload, Wire, Navigate, Execute, Review)
- The Owner Monogram and brand logos (including the “Upside-Down Power Button” mark)
- Custom AI prompt libraries, Chief of Staff charters, workflow templates, and audit worksheets.

2. Limited license and usage restrictions
Upon purchasing a course, community access, audit, or consulting package, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials strictly for your personal or internal business operations.
Explicit prohibitions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, white-label, re-license, sublicense, or commercially exploit any proprietary frameworks, prompts, templates, or course materials without explicit written authorization from the Company.
3. AI output disclaimer and limitation of liability
- Informational and operational guidance only: AI-generated executive briefings, friction audits, operational roadmaps, and automation suggestions are provided solely for operational guidance and efficiency testing.
- No professional advice: Outputs do not constitute licensed legal, tax, financial, accounting, or professional real estate advisory services.
- Human-in-the-loop safeguard: Users retain full responsibility for verifying, reviewing, and approving any AI-generated outputs or automated actions prior to execution or implementation.
4. User conduct and feedback rights
- Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback provided regarding our frameworks or operating system may be utilized by the Company to improve our offerings without financial obligation or royalty to the provider.
- We reserve the right to terminate access to community platforms or services for any user violating these terms or engaging in unauthorized sharing of proprietary IP.
5. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
